FAIRWAY APARTMENTS

Our Fairway Apartments have both one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. All of or Fairway Apartments include gas heat and water in the rent. A stove and refrigerator are provided and each apartment has washer and dryer hookups in the basement level.
DELANO PLACE
243 Delano Ave.
Our Delano Place apartments are two bedrooms units with the option of upstairs or downstairs flats. These apartments include water. A stove and refrigerator are provided and there are washer and dryer hookups in each apartment.
ADENA APARTMENTS
530 & 540 Arch St.
Our Adena Apartments are two bedroom units located on the first and second floors of each building. We are currently in the process of converting this complex into "55 and better" housing. Water is included as well as a stove and refrigerator. There is a coin operated laundry room on each level.
SHAWNEE APARTMENTS
5-27 Pohlman Road
Our Shawnee Apartments are two bedroom townhomes. These apartments include a stove and refrigerator as well as washer and dryer hookups. All utilities are paid by the tenant including water and trash.

Here are some of our most asked questions and answers.
WHEN/HOW CAN I SEE AN APARTMENT?
It is our policy that an application must be turned into our office and approved prior to showing an apartment.
HOW AND WHERE DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?
You can find our applications in the "Apply Today" section of our site. We ask that you print and fill out the application along with the Credit Report form and drop them off at our office located at 235 Delano Ave. If you are unable to print an application, you may pick one up at our office Monday-Friday between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. There is no application fee.
WHAT DOES THE CREDIT REPORT INVOLVE?
A credit report is required of all applicants and co-applicants. There is a $25 fee for an individual or $40 fee when there is a co-applicant. We require the applicant(s) credit score to be 580 or higher and 30% of the applicant's gross monthly income equal or exceed one month's rent. If an individual has any prior evictions, the application will be denied.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE RENT?
The utilities included with each unit are listed in the description of each complex. Lawn care and snow removal are also included.
WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT?
We require a security deposit be made before the applicant moves into a unit. The deposit is equal to one month of rent For example if the unit's rent is $600, your deposit would also be $600. When moving in at the first of the month you would be required to pay a total of $1,200.
WHAT IS YOUR LEASING AGREEMENT?
At the time of moving into the apartment you will sign a 1 year lease. At the end of that 12 month period you are not required to sign another lease and will rent on a month to month basis.
ARE YOUR APARTMENTS PET FRIENDLY?
Your furry friend is more than welcome! We do charge a nonrefundable pet deposit of $300 for flea treatment after you vacate.
There is also an additional pet fee of $30 per month. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2.
